Pizza
Start with your favorite take home to bake pizza
(fresh seems to work better than frozen) choose size to fit
your Grill. Preheat to 350 - 375, (high)
place the Pizza directly on the grill (Pam helps reduce
sticking) cook until the cheese bubbles, and the crust
is golden, we like it crispy, so experiment.
Note: Thin crust takes a tad longer, but turns out great.
Cooking time does vary, you have to watch closely after
15 min.
Pellets: Mesquite , apple, or cherry.
Emilys Tasty Roll
Emily starts with a Pillsbury pizza
crust. Preheat to 350 (high), remove and roll thin (flour
your surface to prevent sticking). Place some deli ham
or turkey slices on the long side of the dough, then
roll a layer of dough over it. Place some cheddar cheese
next and roll a layer of dough. This can be repeated
to your taste, (Emily likes 2 layers). Cook on a grate
2-3" up from grill primary grill
surface. (Perfect on Executive top rack).
Cook until golden and firm, without burning.
Note: Cooking time does vary, you have to watch closely
after 15 min.
Pellet: Mesquite , apple, or cherry.

below the tots, the flavor of the wood smoke and the meat
combine to make a fantastic treat.
